Consumers can use the European online dispute resolution platform (ODR) available at / http://ec.europa.eu/odr / - a single access portal that allows EU consumers and traders to settle disputes that have arisen .
Alternative dispute resolution (ADR) between consumers and traders is an out-of-court conciliation on a voluntary basis.
The Joint Conciliation Committees assist in reaching an agreement between consumers and traders in disputes over contracts for the sale of goods and the provision of services.
The Joint Conciliation Committees are designated on a regional basis, and the competent Conciliation Commission is the General Conciliation Commission with headquarters in Lovech and the area of operation of the territory of Lovech District.
